What To do If You Missed Your Appointment?
We always respect your time and efforts. But, in case you missed your
appointment,
we make
proper
efforts to remind you that you are so close to getting better. The patients with
a
high-risk
diagnosis who missed a follow-up appointment will be asked to get in touch
within 48
hours.
In case
of unsuccessful communication followed by the absence of a patient, the local
law
enforcement agency
may intervene for safety purposes.
In case of the missed appointment, the clinic sends two subsequent follow-up
letters
for
rescheduling. If the clinic receives no response, the final letter for closing
the
case will
be
communicated. Nonetheless, the patient can contact again to give their treatment
a
fresh
start.

How does the clinic ensure transparency and patient involvement throughout the evaluation and treatment process?
We encourage you to equally participate throughout your evaluation and treatment. Providing patient education is the central purpose of the clinic. There is always transparency in the diagnosis, underlying causes, treatment options, health care providers, potential risks and benefits, and intervention. To follow-up treatment and understand the results of self-management tools and medication, the patient is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and responding accurately.
