Stepping inside the clinic for the first time takes courage and taking the first step is a daunting process. To get around this overwhelming initiation process, you can simply register for an online appointment and rest will be taken care of.
Knowing yourself is not as easy as it seems. When we fail to express what we are feeling, we also feel helpless to understand the reasons lying beneath it. A comprehensive evaluation is a complete assessment program to diagnose your mental health condition. The program involves assessing your medical, neurological condition, which might be a causative factor of your current symptoms of depression or anxiety. It not only helps you in understanding yourself better but also gives our team the conclusive diagnosis for initiating the treatment. With a keen evaluation only, we come with treatments after thoroughly diagnosing the emotional, behavioral, or developmental disorders. Bring someone with you. Involving a third party like a family member or a friend during the evaluation phase proves to be helpful. One of the reasons is that family members or friends are the first ones to notice the irregularity in your behavior. It might add further inquiries that your diagnosis demands.
And based on these evaluations including your cognitive skills, emotions, speech, and other behavioral patterns, we recommend tailor-made services based on your needs and as per our best available resources
We reconsider your current treatment, partially addressed symptoms, and treatment that is not working. We believe in looking at your diagnosis from a fresh perspective and even considering the combination of treatments with regular follow-ups. Together we can bring out the best version of you.
The medical staff includes physicians specialized in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry, Therapists and Nurse Practitioners. Each team member contributes to the mission of the Clinic in the best way possible. We hire dedicated professionals with high caliber in their respective fields. We are extending our team and actively hiring MD’s, DO’s, NP’s and Psychologist who strive to achieve excellence in every aspect.
The technician schedules your appointment or evaluation test and lets you know the pre-requisites for the treatment (if any). The staff is highly trained in maintaining and processing the patients’ files. Stay unbothered for the stress-free billing process that is taken care of by the staff itself.
We always respect your time and efforts. But, in case you missed your appointment, we make proper efforts to remind you that you are so close to getting better. The patients with a high-risk diagnosis who missed a follow-up appointment will be asked to get in touch within 48 hours. In case of unsuccessful communication followed by the absence of a patient, the local law enforcement agency may intervene for safety purposes.
In case of the missed appointment, the clinic sends two subsequent follow-up letters for rescheduling. If the clinic receives no response, the final letter for closing the case will be communicated. Nonetheless, the patient can contact again to give their treatment a fresh start.
Our systems are fully-equipped in maintaining patients’ information log. It will pop relevant notifications on your contact reminding about your follow-up schedules. In case of treatment urgency, due to abnormal diagnostic test results, the patient will be informed by phone or email. However, when the evaluation results show abnormal results (such as self-harm or suicidal tendency), we immediately reach out through a phone call to take timely action. The local law enforcement agency may intervene in the case of an emergency.
We encourage you to equally participate throughout your evaluation and treatment. Providing patient education is the central purpose of the clinic. There is always transparency in the diagnosis, underlying causes, treatment options, health care providers, potential risks and benefits, and intervention. To follow-up treatment and understand the results of self-management tools and medication, the patient is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and responding accurately.
Letting nothing intrude when it comes to your mental health. We are thoughtful about your treatment and always make sure that you are helped no matter what. After carefully reviewing your evaluation, we explore the treatment programs. And if your case does not meet our clinic’s criteria, you are referred to the agencies offering higher-level in-patient care and treatment.
Patients who are potentially suicidal, homicidal, or for a high-risk diagnosed emergency, are immediately referred to the Psychiatric emergency services for further assessment and management.
